• The Service Provider shall specify the consideration for the products and services offered in Hungarian forint (HUF).
• During the online payment, the transaction is made in HUF, regardless of the fact that the Buyer's credit card, bank account or Paypal account is not denominated in HUF.
• In Hungary, cash payments are made in HUF.
• Outside Hungary, cash payments are made in the currency of the country of delivery.
• The actual amount charged to the Customer (due to card company, issuing bank, Paypal or cash conversions) may differ minimally from the price published by the Service Provider due to exchange rate changes. This deviation is entirely at the Customer's risk; the Service Provider does not assume any obligation or make any claim in this respect.
• When determining the payment methods, the Service Provider also uses fraud prevention services, and based on the feedback received from these services, the payment methods available to the given visitor are determined - after automatic decision-making - and selected from the payment methods listed above.

Billing

For each payment method chosen, the Service Provider will issue an electronic invoice, which will be sent to the User's e-mail address.

The purchase

By placing an order in the www.gallmet.hu online store, each customer declares that he/she accepts these terms and conditions and understands the ordering procedure.

Contract terms:

The purchase in the online shop is conditional on the accurate provision of the data required for the purchase and acceptance of the terms and conditions.

The owner or operator of the website reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the customer's order data (provided at the time of purchase), if the reality of the data is questionable or unintelligible. If our attempt to contact you to clarify the order details is unsuccessful, the order will be cancelled.

We only accept orders from persons over 18 years of age with an address, active e-mail address and telephone number! We cannot accept orders in the name and address of any other person.

The purchase price is the price next to the products shown, which is the gross price (including VAT), but does not include the delivery charge, which is shown separately (the delivery charge also includes VAT).

GALLMED Kft. reserves the right to change prices. Our prices and products are subject to change. The photos of the products may differ slightly from the real form, but this does not affect the recognizability and identifiability of the product.

In the case of promotional goods or prices, the promotion is always valid until the date indicated and/or while stocks last (prices always include VAT).

Referral coupon system

Users registered on the website and guest customers (hereinafter referred to as "Referrer") may also use the Referral Coupon System. If a person who has not yet made a purchase from the online store makes a purchase through a Referrer coupon link, the Referrer will be entitled to a one-time use coupon that will be sent to them via email.
It is important to highlight the condition of buying through the link.
After making a purchase through the referral coupon link, the new customer will also be entitled to a single-use coupon, which will be sent to them by email.
The amount of the discount provided by the coupon will be available to the Referrer/Customer in the email sent to him/her and/or after logging in on My Account. A Referrer can have any number of coupons at the same time. The expiry date of the coupon is available in the email sent to the Referrer/Customer and/or after logging in on the 'My Account' page. The coupon cannot be used after the expiry date.
Coupons are not redeemable for cash and are not transferable to another person, and can only be used for purchases made in the www.gallmet.hu online store on the 'Checkout' / 'Cart' page.
The discount cannot be applied to promotional products and products excluded from the coupon.
The system checks for possible fraudulent use, which is automatically filtered out.

Delivery address

The delivery address can be your home or work address in your country. The delivery address can also be different from the billing address. The delivery address should be the address where the buyer or other person receiving the goods is expected to be at the time of delivery. The delivery address given when ordering cannot be changed afterwards!

Delivery to

In the case of courier deliveries, some suppliers will also try to reach our customers by phone, so please make sure that you provide a phone number where you can be reached when ordering so that you can arrange a new time or a different delivery address with the supplier.

Check the integrity of the parcel in the presence of the carrier or postman when you receive it. Do not accept damaged packages!

Parcel pick-up at the parcel machine

• Foxpost: to unlock the selected parcel machine, enter the code you received in the SMS notification or via Viber and email on the display. In case of cash on delivery, pay for the parcel by credit card. You can then pick-up your parcel.

Delivery deadline

Courier service: If the product is in stock, it will take 1-3 working days to deliver to Hungary, otherwise it can take up to 8 working days.

For international orders, we offer low-cost delivery to the following countries:

To view international shipping rates and delivery times, add the product you want to order to the basket, then select the country you want to order to.

You will be able to choose from the delivery methods listed when finalising your order, based on their costs.

After each order (shopping cart) received in the www.gallmet.hu online store, our system sends an automatic confirmation of receipt of the order, indicating to our customers that our system has received and stored the order and informs the customer of the delivery date of the product(s).
This message will arrive in the customer's electronic mailbox after each basket order, regardless of stock levels.
If all of the product(s) ordered are in stock, we will deliver them to the address indicated in the Delivery Deadlines (except on public holidays).
Product(s) ordered on gallmet.hu will be delivered in their original packaging.
In the event of any delay in delivery or failure of delivery, GALLMED Kft. is NOT liable for any damages.
If the order is cancelled due to the fault of the customer, the order will only be started after the payment of the new delivery fee, after consultation and at the request of the customer.
If the buyer does not request a new delivery, GALLMED Kft. is obliged to refund the amount paid by the buyer for the products to the buyer's bank account immediately, but no later than 30 days after the withdrawal.

Complaints handling

We always aim to fully serve our customers and contribute to their satisfaction. However, this may not be fully achieved.

We will investigate your complaint as soon as we receive it in writing and will notify you of the outcome of our investigation within 30 days of receipt of the letter (registered letter, fax, email: gallmed@gallmed.hu.

Distance contract

With the sending of the Order and its confirmation by GALLMED Kft., a contract between GALLMED Kft. as Supplier and the Customer as Buyer is concluded between the parties with the following conditions:

If the fulfilment of the order is prevented for any reason, the Supplier shall contact the Buyer immediately by e-mail, post or telephone to arrange further action.

The Buyer must take delivery of the products ordered by him and delivered to the address indicated, otherwise he is in breach of contract.

For the purposes of this contract, a breach of contract shall be deemed to occur if the Customer does not take delivery of the Product ordered by him and does not notify the Company of his intention to withdraw from the contract.
An electronic contract of sale is concluded between the Company and the Consumer (Buyer) following the order placed on the Website. On the basis of this contract, the Consumer (Buyer) is obliged to pay the purchase price, take delivery of the goods, cooperate with the Company and inform the Company of all material circumstances relating to the performance of the contract. (Ptk. 6:215. § és Ptk. 6:62. (1) §)

If the Customer does not accept the ordered Product, the Company may, at its option:

• terminate the contract with immediate effect OR
• attempt to deliver the Product for a third or fourth time, in the event that the second attempt to deliver the Product has not been successful and/or the Customer has not cooperated.

The Company reserves the right to claim the abovementioned unsuccessful delivery and return costs as a penalty from the Customer.

If you have failed to take delivery of the product ordered on at least two previous occasions (other than when exercising the right of withdrawal) or if the product has been sent to the Company marked 'parcel not collected', the Company may make the fulfilment of the order subject to the prior payment of the purchase price and delivery costs. The Company has the right to withhold delivery of the product(s) until it is satisfied that you have successfully paid for the product(s) via the electronic payment solution (this also applies if, in the case of a product paid for by bank transfer, the purchase price is transferred in the currency of the customer's Member State and the amount calculated on the basis of the purchase price and delivery charges is not received by the Company due to conversion and bank charges). The Company will request the buyer to pay an additional amount to the purchase price if the price of the product has not been paid in full.

Right to withdraw from the purchase

The buyer has the right to cancel the purchase after the order has been placed, before receiving the email message indicating the start of delivery. He/she must notify us of this by e-mail or by post. In this case, the buyer shall not be liable for any costs.

Furthermore, the Buyer may withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

Explaining to the Buyer how to withdraw from the purchase:

1. Receipt of the package: the right of withdrawal is subject to you (the Customer) taking delivery of the product.
2 Deadline: check that you are within the legal withdrawal period. This deadline is calculated from the date of receipt of the package.
3. Notification: inform the Seller in writing of your intention to withdraw.
4. Reason: You do not need to give reasons for withdrawal.
5. Return product: Return the product in its original condition. Once you have opened the bottle, you cannot withdraw from the purchase.
6. Costs: You must bear the costs of returning the goods.
7.Refund: The Seller will refund the full purchase price within 14 days of the return of the product.
8. Documentation: keep the postal receipt and all related documents.

The right of withdrawal applies to all products that are returned to GALLMED Kft. in their original quantity and quality, unopened - including all packaging and product components. The customer must notify his request for withdrawal by electronic or postal mail. In the case of withdrawal from the purchase, the buyer must return the product to the postal address of GALLMED Kft. within 14 days of the notification of withdrawal.

GALLMED Kft. is obliged to refund the amount paid by the customer immediately, but no later than 14 days after the withdrawal, the full amount, including the costs incurred in connection with the fulfillment of the contract, in the same way as the payment method used by the consumer. In the case of payment on delivery, GALLMED Kft. will refund the amount to the customer's bank account or PayPal account, subject to the express consent of the consumer. GALLMED Kft. is obliged to refund the least expensive delivery fee in case of withdrawal from the purchase.

GALLMED Kft. is obliged to reimburse the full purchase price to the customer only in case of returning the product undamaged and intact. In case of damage to the packaging, the full price of the product shall be charged to the Buyer.

Matters not covered herein are governed by the relevant rules of the European Union and the relevant rules on contracts concluded in the absence of the parties. GALLMED Kft. stores the Customer's data together with the data relating to the transactions for the purpose of fulfilling the contracts and handling any objections, and passes them on to its subcontractors who are responsible for the delivery, but who are not entitled to store or retain them after the performance or to pass them on to other third parties.

Warranty - guarantee

Our products are covered by a warranty and guarantee as defined by law. The expiry date is shown on the packaging of each product.

Under warranty law, the person liable under the warranty (the Obligor) is responsible for providing the buyer with a faultless product at the time of delivery, i.e. a product that does not have a defect that will only become apparent later. A defect is said to exist if the product is defective in quantity or quality.

The cause of the defect must exist when the product is used, and the customer must prove that

• the cause of the error was already known at the time of execution
• could not be detected on completion
• not responsible for the defect

The buyer is entitled to a replacement under the warranty.

The Privacy, Data Protection, Transfer and Data Management Notice of the website of GALLMED Kft. available under the domain name gallmet.hu is an integral part of the GTC, which can be accessed HERE.

Limitation of liability

Shopping in the www.gallmet.hu online store implies the customer's knowledge and acceptance of the possibilities and limitations of the Internet, in particular with regard to technical compliance and errors that may occur.

The www.gallmet.hu online store is not responsible in any way for any of the points listed below, for whatever reason:

• Modification or loss of any data sent and/or received over the Internet.
• Any malfunction in the Internet network that prevents the www.gallmet.hu online store from functioning properly and allowing you to make purchases.
• Any malfunction in any receiving equipment on the communication lines.
• Loss of any mail, but especially any data, whether in paper or electronic form.
• Any software not working properly.
• The consequences of any program failure, abnormal event or technical error.

The www.gallmet.hu online store is not responsible in any way for any damage caused by connecting to the gallmet.hu online store, whether the connection is direct or indirect.

It is the customer's responsibility to assess how to protect the data stored on their computer from intruders.

The www.gallmet.hu online store cannot be held liable in any case of force majeure or in relation to any event beyond its control.
