- In Hungary, cash payments are made in HUF.
- Outside Hungary, cash payments are made in the currency of the country of delivery.
- The actual amount charged to the Customer (due to card company, issuing bank, Paypal or cash conversions) may differ minimally from the price published by the Service Provider due to exchange rate changes. This deviation is entirely at the Customer's risk; the Service Provider does not assume any obligation or make any claim in this respect.
- When determining the payment methods, the Service Provider also uses fraud prevention services, and based on the feedback received from these services, the payment methods available to the given visitor are determined - after automatic decision-making - and selected from the payment methods listed above.
Billing
For each payment method chosen, the Service Provider will issue an electronic invoice, which will be sent to the User's e-mail address.

The purchase
By placing an order in the shop.gallmet.hu online store, every customer declares that they accept these terms and conditions and are aware of the ordering process.
Contract terms:
The purchase in the online shop is conditional on the accurate provision of the data required for the purchase and acceptance of the terms and conditions.
The owner or operator of the website reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the customer's order data (provided at the time of purchase), if the reality of the data is questionable or unintelligible. If our attempt to contact you to clarify the order details is unsuccessful, the order will be cancelled.
We only accept orders from persons over 18 years of age with an address, active e-mail address and telephone number! We cannot accept orders in the name and address of any other person.
The purchase price is the price next to the products shown, which is the gross price (including VAT), but does not include the delivery charge, which is shown separately (the delivery charge also includes VAT).
GALLMED Kft. reserves the right to change prices. Our prices and products are subject to change. The photos of the products may differ slightly from the real form, but this does not affect the recognizability and identifiability of the product.
In the case of promotional goods or prices, the promotion is always valid until the date indicated and/or while stocks last (prices always include VAT).
Conditions for Using Discount
Various discounts available in the shop.gallmet.hu online store (e.g. free gift, quantity discount, coupon, cart total discount) may not always be used simultaneously. The system automatically checks and applies the combinability of discounts during the purchase process. Certain promotions, coupons, or special offers may exclude the simultaneous application of other discounts, the detailed conditions for this are always specified in the description of the given promotion, campaign, or coupon.
Terms and conditions for redeeming the newsletter subscription coupon
The coupon discount received upon newsletter subscription is limited to one use per person or household. GALLMED Kft reserves the right to retroactively cancel the discount and charge the full price, or refuse to fulfill the order, if any abuse is detected (e.g., multiple registrations with different email addresses, phone numbers, etc.). In the event of suspicious transactions, GALLMED Kft is entitled to request proof of eligibility from the customer.
Prize Games
By participating in our prize draws, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the relevant game.
Delivery address
The delivery address can be your home or work address in your country. The delivery address can also be different from the billing address. The delivery address should be the address where the buyer or other person receiving the goods is expected to be at the time of delivery. The delivery address given when ordering cannot be changed afterwards!

Delivery to
In the case of courier deliveries, some suppliers will also try to reach our customers by phone, so please make sure that you provide a phone number where you can be reached when ordering so that you can arrange a new time or a different delivery address with the supplier.
Check the integrity of the parcel in the presence of the carrier or postman when you receive it. Do not accept damaged packages!

Delivery deadline
Courier service: If the product is in stock, it will take 1-3 working days to deliver to Hungary, otherwise it can take up to 8 working days.

Following every order (shopping basket) received by the shop.gallmet.hu online store, our system sends an automatic confirmation of receipt of the order, indicating to our customers that our system has received and stored the order, and will inform the customer about the delivery date of the product(s).
This message will arrive in the customer's electronic mailbox after each basket order, regardless of stock levels.
If all of the product(s) ordered are in stock, we will deliver them to the address indicated in the Delivery Deadlines (except on public holidays).
Products ordered from shop.gallmet.hu will be delivered in their original packaging.
In the event of any delay in delivery or failure to deliver, the rights and obligations of the parties shall be determined by the applicable laws.
If the order is cancelled due to the fault of the customer, the order will only be started after the payment of the new delivery fee, after consultation and at the request of the customer.
If the buyer does not request a new delivery, GALLMED Kft. will refund the purchase price paid by the buyer, minus the delivery costs, without delay, but no later than 14 days to the bank account provided by the buyer or to the original method of payment.

Complaints handling
We always strive to serve our customers to the fullest and contribute to their satisfaction. However, this may not be fully achieved.

We will investigate your complaint as soon as we receive it in writing and will notify you of the outcome of our investigation within 30 days of receiving your letter (registered letter, email: gallmed@gallmed.hu).
Distance contract
By sending the Order and its confirmation by GALLMED Kft., a contract between GALLMED Kft. as Supplier (Seller) and the Customer as Buyer is concluded on the following terms:
If the fulfilment of the order is prevented for any reason, the Supplier shall contact the Buyer immediately by e-mail, post or telephone to arrange further action.
The Buyer must take delivery of the products ordered by him and delivered to the address indicated, otherwise he is in breach of contract.
For the purposes of this contract, a breach of contract shall be deemed to occur if the Customer does not take delivery of the Product ordered by him and does not notify the Company of his intention to withdraw from the contract.
An electronic contract of sale is concluded between the Company and the Consumer (Buyer) following the order placed on the Website. On the basis of this contract, the Consumer (Buyer) is obliged to pay the purchase price, take delivery of the goods, cooperate with the Company and inform the Company of all material circumstances relating to the performance of the contract. (Ptk. 6:215. § és Ptk. 6:62. (1) §)
It is not a breach of contract if the Customer:
- refuses to accept the defective or nonconforming product,
- or exercise your right to withdraw from the purchase.
If the Customer does not accept the ordered Product, the Company may, at its option:
- terminate the contract with immediate effect OR
- attempt to deliver the Product for a third or fourth time, in the event that the second attempt to deliver the Product has not been successful and/or the Customer has not cooperated.
The Company reserves the right to claim the abovementioned unsuccessful delivery and return costs as a penalty from the Customer.
If you have previously failed to take delivery of the ordered Product (other than by exercising the right of withdrawal) on at least two occasions, or if the Product has been returned to the Company with no indication of having been sought, the Company may make the fulfilment of the order conditional on the payment of the purchase price and delivery costs in advance. The Company shall have the right to withhold delivery of the Product(s) until it is satisfied that you have successfully paid the price of the Product using the electronic payment solution (including where, in the case of a Product paid for by bank transfer, the purchase price is transferred in the currency of the Member State of the Customer and the amount determined on the basis of the purchase price and delivery charges is not received by the Company due to the conversion and bank charges).
The Company shall request the Customer to supplement the purchase price if the price of the Product has not been paid in full.
Withdrawal from the purchase (contract)
The Buyer is entitled to withdraw from the purchase (contract) without justification within 14 days following the receipt of the goods.
Description of the withdrawal process for the Buyer:
1. Deadline: The Buyer must check whether they are within the legal withdrawal period. The withdrawal period expires at the end of the 14th day from the day on which the Buyer or a third party nearby designated by the Buyer, other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the product.
2. Notification of intent to withdraw: The Buyer is obliged to notify the Seller of their intent to withdraw in writing (via email or post) by an unequivocal statement, or by filling out the online form available at the following link: https://shop.gallmet.hu/en/Withdrawal-from-the-contract
3. Justification: The withdrawal does not need to be justified.
4. Returning the product: In the event of withdrawal, the Buyer is obliged to return the product to the postal address of GALLMED Kft. without delay, but no later than 14 days from the communication of the statement of withdrawal.
- Please note that in the case of sealed dietary supplements marketed by GALLMED Kft., the right of withdrawal may expire if the original seal of the packaging is broken. The detailed rules are contained below in this information sheet.
5. Costs: The direct cost of returning the product shall be borne by the Buyer.
6. Refund: If the Buyer withdraws from the contract, the Seller shall refund the full amount, including the costs incurred in connection with the performance, within 14 days of receipt of the withdrawal statement. However, the Seller is entitled to withhold the refund until the product is returned or proof of return is provided. The Seller shall refund the amount using the same payment method as the one used by the Buyer. In the case of cash on delivery (COD), based on the express consent of the consumer, GALLMED Kft. will refund the amount to the buyer's bank account or PayPal account. The Seller shall refund the shipping cost paid by the consumer in an amount corresponding to the standard, cheapest shipping method offered. Any additional costs resulting from choosing a more expensive shipping method will not be refunded.
7. Right of retention: The Seller may withhold the refund until the product has been returned or the Buyer has supplied evidence of having sent it back (whichever is the earliest date shall be taken into account).
8. Documentation: Please keep the postal receipt and all related documents.
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the case of sealed dietary supplements whose original seal (e.g., safety ring, sealing foil, tamper-evident element) has been opened or damaged after delivery to the consumer.

Matters not regulated herein shall be governed by the relevant rules of the European Union and the relevant rules on distance contracts. GALLMED Kft. stores the data of the Buyers together with the data relating to the transactions for the purpose of performing the contracts and handling potential complaints, and transfers them to its delivery subcontractors.
Warranty - guarantee
Our products are covered by a warranty and guarantee as defined by law. The expiry date is shown on the packaging of each product.
Under warranty law, the person liable under the warranty (the Obligor) is responsible for providing the buyer with a faultless product at the time of delivery, so that the product does not have a defect that will only become apparent later. A defect is said to exist if the product is defective in quantity or quality.
The cause of the defect must exist when the product is used, and the customer must prove that
- the cause of the error was already known at the time of execution
- could not be detected on completion
- not responsible for the defect
The buyer is entitled to a replacement under the warranty.
Terms of the money-back guarantee
General conditions
The money-back guarantee is valid only for the first, already tried box of GALLMET Natural, Mix and Extra products.
The guarantee is valid for 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.
To be eligible, the customer must take the product regularly for one week (1 capsule before main meals, minimum 2 capsules per day) and then consider that they have not experienced any improvement in bloating, abdominal pain, diarrhoea or constipation.
Gallmed Kft. accepts the buyer's statement regarding the lack of improvement and does not request further proof of this.
How to apply
Before applying, the customer must have a registered account at https://shop.gallmet.hu/ with the same email address as the one used to make the purchase.
The request must be made by e-mail to our customer service, providing the following information:
- Electronic invoice or order confirmation number proving purchase
- Statement on the lack of improvement
- Select refund mode (see below)
The opened box must be returned to our address (with tracking number); the return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
In the event of a delivery method other than the return address (e.g. parcel machine, pick-up points), we are unable to fulfil the money-back guarantee.
Method of reimbursement
In case of cash on delivery: At the customer's option, the amount will be refunded in one of the following ways:
- By bank transfer to the bank account number provided by the buyer
- PayPal transfer to the customer's PayPal account
For online payment: Refunds will be made through the same payment channel as the one used to make the purchase:
- If paying by credit card: to the credit card used for payment
- For PayPal payments: to your PayPal account
Additional conditions
The refund will only cover the purchase price of the product, no other costs will be reimbursed.
Refunds will be initiated within 8 working days of receipt of the product. The actual crediting time depends on the payment service provider and the card issuing bank:
- Bank transfer: 1-2 working days
- PayPal: 1-3 working days
- SimplePay (credit card): 3-5 working days
- Stripe (credit card): 5-10 working days
- Cash on delivery by bank transfer/PayPal: according to the mode chosen
A customer may only use the money-back guarantee once per natural person.
The guarantee applies only to end-user individuals, not to resellers and legal entities.
Gallmed Kft. reserves the right to modify the terms of the guarantee, without prejudice to purchases already made.
Data processing in relation to the money back guarantee
The data provided during the use of the guarantee will be processed by Gallmed Kft. in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Limitation of liability
Shopping in the shop.gallmet.hu online store is conditional on the customer's knowledge and acceptance of the possibilities and limitations of the Internet, with particular regard to technical compatibility and potential errors.
