I cannot place my order on the online shop, what should I do?

The most common problems our customers encounter when they are unable to place an order are:

1. Customers are not using the latest browser version; please update your browser.
2. They do not accept cookies at the bottom of the page; please click on the Accept button.
3. The format of the phone number is not correct; please enter it in this format: +36701234567
4. The billing / shipping address is incorrect; please enter it as such: E.g. 123 George's Square
5. Clear the browser cache following the instructions below:
   1. Chrome on desktop
   2. Chrome on smartphone
   3. Firefox
   4. Safari
   5. Microsoft Edge
6. Use private browser window:
   1. Chrome
   2. Firefox
   3. Safari
   4. Microsoft Edge
7. Switch off the ad blocker add-ons such as AdBlock Plus, Ghostery, uBlock, AdBlocker, etc.

If you are still unable to place an order, please write to gallmed@gallmed.hu email the following information in English or Hungarian:

• your billing and postal address
• phone number
• how many of each product you want.

Once the order has been processed, we will send the parcel, which can be paid by cash or credit card to the courier.
