Helping the cycle of bile acids by eating fats and eggs

Regular biliary function is the production, secretion and circulation of bile.
The liver produces a litre and a half of bile and about 3 grams of concentrated bile acid every day.
The bile fluid produced enters the gallbladder, where it loses its water content and waits to be emptied. The food from the stomach into the small intestine triggers a reaction, stimulating the enzyme cholecystokinin, which activates the gallbladder to contract and the stored bile fluid enters the small intestine. The bile entering the small intestine further stimulates the production of cholecystokinin. It is therefore very important that the liver produces sufficient bile, which can be achieved by a balanced diet (e.g. soft-boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, bacon for breakfast).
