Bile deficiency, role of bile acids in digestion, gallstones and after gallbladder surgery - TV2 Életmódi

The following digestive complaints are usually caused by a bile deficiency:
- abdominal bloating,
- abdominal pain after meals,
- inflammatory bowel disease,
- intestinal spasm.
Gallstones usually develops as a result of bile impaction, one of the causes of which is too much fat intake, while the opposite is true, dieting, the eating too little fat and oil.
From the breakdown of fat consumed bile acids promote. Bile acid preparations also help bile to be excreted, so that the bile produced can flow to the duodenum, where the bile begins to break down fat.
Anything bitter helps the production of bile, the secretion of bile, the production of digestive enzymes and thus aids digestion, so it is worth taking capsules containing bitter herbs or their extracts.
For those interested in Bile ducts have or have had had their gall bladder removed, it is advisable to take a product containing bile acid before the main meal, because this replaces the bile that is missing at mealtimes, so that the breakdown of fats will improve, resulting in less bloating and a feeling of fullness.
