I've been hesitating for days whether or not to try Gallmet-Natural capsules, but I can't decide, so I'm asking for some advice. I had a biliary obstruction a few weeks ago, I turned yellow, but the stone eventually passed spontaneously. Since then I have not had any cramps, no particular complaints (except heartburn due to existing reflux), but I have been on a serious diet, but I feel it is not normal to deprive myself of everything (no fat or oil, only bread and chicken breast ham, steamed rice, boiled potatoes and lots of water). Abdominal UH shows the bladder is full of stones (around 10 mm), no liquid bile. Can I take the capsules in this case? Thank you in advance for your reply.
