If you have not had gall bladder surgery and depending on your problems, you can take it for 1 week or 1 month after a month of taking it. If your problems have not resolved, you should take it continuously as it can do no harm.
If you have had gall bladder surgery, it is recommended that you take it continuously, according to the instructions on the product leaflet in the product box.
