I would like to describe my experience with GALLMET bile acid capsules. I found out last April that I had a lot of small gallstones, and that's when I found Gallmet.
I had terrible cramps before, I almost didn't dare to eat anything. But since then I am symptom free!!!!
I had to find out how to take it, so I took one capsule before lunch and two before dinner.
