What is gellan gum? I don't even like the name that much. Is it a necessary ingredient? What does it cause in the body?

It is used in food as a thickener, stabiliser and emulsifier. It is also one of the ingredients of the capsule, in our product it is present in very small quantities, which prevents it from disintegrating in the stomach.
