Thank you for contacting us, but in 5-10% cases, GALLMET bile acid capsules cannot solve individual health problems.
However, we don't know if, in addition to bloating, you also have constipation, right rib-arch soreness after meals? We don't know if the colour of your stools has become lighter?
Because if any of these occur along with bloating, it is clearly an indication of a bile problem.When using this product, we don't know if you have tried it, but how many capsules per day is optimal for you?
It is generally recommended that everyone should try 1 capsule a day for a few days before one main meal. Then indirectly try 1 capsule before 2 main meals, and finally try 3 capsules before 3 meals. You should continue taking the number of capsules that gave you the best feeling.
It is also important to drink 2-3 litres of non-carbonated water a day.
