Thank you for contacting us. Based on what you have described, you probably have a biliary problem. There is a good chance that if you buy the smallest 30 capsules of GALLMET-Natural, your symptoms will be alleviated. The following method of taking is recommended:
It is advisable to gradually increase the amount of capsules per day - in the case of a normal diet - until the optimal result is achieved, for example:
- 3-5 days 1 capsule immediately before or during lunch,
- followed by 1 capsule for 3-5 days immediately before or during breakfast (2 capsules per day in total),
- followed by 1 capsule immediately before or during dinner for 3-5 days (for a total of 3 capsules per day).
