A 10 mm gallstone was discovered in my gallbladder, the doctor recommended surgery to prevent complications

Have a nice day! Several small polyps and a gallstone of almost 10 mm were discovered in my gallbladder. The doctor recommended surgery to prevent complications. He said it is not mandatory yet, if I decide to postpone, let's see in six months if it has grown? I have no symptoms! Is it worth trying the bile acid capsules until the scan in six months?
Is there a chance that the polyp will go away or shrink? What are the contraindications to taking it? Thank youK. Emese
Dear Emese!
We also recommend surgery as a last resort, because after surgery you will almost certainly have various problems that doctors don't like to talk about in advance. There's a good chance that the smaller polyps will dissolve in that amount of time and the larger polyp will start to shrink in size. We recommend taking GALLMET-Natural capsules in the following way:It is advisable to gradually increase the amount of capsules per day - in the case of a normal diet - until the optimal result is achieved, for example:
- For 3-5 days, 1 capsule immediately before or during lunch,
- 1 additional capsule for 3-5 days immediately before or during breakfast (for a total of 2 capsules per day),
- and then 1 capsule just before or during dinner for 3-5 days (for a total of 3 capsules per day). This should be used to decide how many capsules a day give the best feeling and to continue taking the same number of capsules.Take the capsules at the start of or during a meal. It is not necessary to use it when eating a very dietary meal as it may cause minor diarrhoea and nausea. For more substantial meals, you can take 2 capsules at a time. It is recommended to drink 2-3 litres of still water per day.
