I would like to ask when can I start taking GALLMET bile acid capsules after gallbladder removal?
I had surgery three weeks ago, my gallbladder was inflamed, I had a stone, I was writhing around with cramps for two days. Now I'm trying to stick to my diet.

It is recommended to use GALLMET bile acid capsules from the moment you start a normal diet.
You can usually start using it 2-3 weeks after surgery, according to the product information. While taking GALLMET bile acid capsules, you can gradually try less dietary foods in moderation.
It is recommended that you drink 2-3 litres of still water a day.
