"On 16 April, I developed gallbladder inflammation from steroid injections. As the inflammation subsided, I found out that I had 6 gallstones. My GP did an ultrasound. At the beginning of June my gall bladder hurt so much that I started taking Gallmet-Mix capsules. GP said it was no good, but it wouldn't hurt to try it I suppose! So I took 3 a day. Now (October) I've had a proper ultrasound and all they could see were "warts" and remnants of inflammation.

So it worked very well for me. I don't need surgery for the stones. Because of the inflammation I have been on a strict diet, no fats, no spices, just vegeta and salt, but you have to eat to produce bile to avoid thickening. Minus 21 kilos. It helped me. I wish you good luck and good health."
