We don't diagnose it remotely, but if there is a complaint under the right costal arch, there is a good chance of a biliary problem, even if various imaging tests show nothing.

It is expected that taking GALLMET capsules will help to alleviate the problem. We recommend the following method of taking GALLMET®: It is advisable to gradually increase the amount of capsules per day - in the case of a normal diet - until the optimum result is achieved, for example:
- 3-5 days 1 capsule immediately before or during lunch,
- 1 additional capsule for 3-5 days immediately before or during breakfast (for a total of 2 capsules per day),
- followed by 1 capsule immediately before or during dinner for 3-5 days (for a total of 3 capsules per day).

This should be used to decide how many capsules a day give the best feeling and to continue taking the same number of capsules.Take the capsules at the start of or during a meal. It is not necessary to use it when eating a very dietary meal as it may cause minor diarrhoea and nausea. For more substantial meals, you can take 2 capsules at a time. It is recommended to drink 2-3 litres of still water per day.
