Vitamin C contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system, the maintenance of general vitality and the normal functioning of blood vessels. It has antioxidant effects. Echinacea helps prevent recurrent upper respiratory tract infections and supports the body's defences.

Recommended daily dose: 1 capsule
