Ingredients: dried bovine bile; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; capsule shell: hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose; herbal extracts: peppermint leaf, white horehound, marshmallow root, liquorice, fennel; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate; capsule shell: gellan gum.
Peppermint contributes to the healthy functioning of the intestinal tract and stomach, supporting the intestinal microflora. White horehound helps to relax the intestinal tract, contributes to healthy digestion and normal functioning of the liver and bile. Licorice supports healthy digestive function. Fennel contributes to healthy digestion.
Recommended daily dose: 1-3×1-2 capsules directly from before major main meals (breakfast and dinner), depending on body weight and individual responses. Only use the capsule if the intake immediately follows a meal.
Do not take more than the recommended amount! Keep out of the reach of small children and store in a cool place. The supplement is not a substitute for a balanced, varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Possible side effects: nausea and diarrhoea if used without food * if you exceed the recommended amount * if you consume more than your body can tolerate.
The capsule does not work in the stomach, but in the intestine, so the capsule should only be taken as a whole capsule, and should not be broken up or chopped up under any circumstances, as the contents of the capsule without the intestinosolvent/enterosolvent capsule shell are detrimental to the health of the stomach.
The product should not be taken in cases of acute gallbladder attack, jaundice caused by obstruction of the bile ducts, or during pregnancy. Depending on individual sensitivity, mild diarrhoea and nausea may occur during the first few days. In case of persistent diarrhoea, nausea, reduce the dose or discontinue as a last resort. Do not use in combination with other products that act on bile. It is recommended to consult a specialist before using this product.

To choose between GALLMET-Mix and GALLMET-Natural, users are advised to use one for 2-4 weeks, then the other and whichever has a better effect or sensation should be continued.
Depending on the individual condition, sensitivity and response, the two products may have different efficacy, which cannot be known in advance as the effects of both products are very similar.
