Ingredients: yarrow shoot extract (Achillea millefolium); lyophilised ox bile; capsule shell: hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose; soya lecithin; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; artichoke leaf extract (Cynara scolymus); alpha-amylase enzyme; lipase enzyme; milk thistle fruit extract (Silybum marianum); papain enzyme; bromelain enzyme; capsule shell: gellan gum; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide.

• Papain and bromelain are protein-digesting enzymes.
• Lipase is involved in the digestion of fats, amylase in the digestion of protein.
• Yarrow contributes to digestive comfort.
• Milk thistle promotes digestion, proper liver function, bile production and protects the liver.
• The artichoke contributes to the health of the liver, detoxification and comfort of the intestinal tract, and helps the flow of digestive juices.

Recommended daily dose: 2×1 or 2×2 or 3×1 or 3×2 capsules immediately before main meals, depending on body weight and individual reactions.

The capsule does not work in the stomach, but in the intestine, so the capsule should only be taken as a whole capsule, and should not be broken up or chopped up under any circumstances, as the contents of the capsule without the intestinosolvent/enterosolvent capsule shell are detrimental to the health of the stomach.

The product should not be taken in cases of acute gallbladder attack, jaundice caused by obstruction of the bile ducts, or during pregnancy. Depending on individual sensitivity, mild diarrhoea and nausea may occur during the first few days. In case of persistent diarrhoea, nausea, reduce the dose or discontinue as a last resort. Do not use in combination with other products that act on bile. It is recommended to consult a specialist before using this product.
