I would like to ask you for help. I had an ultrasound scan and unfortunately I have numerous 1-2 mm gallstones. Is there anything I can take for this or is surgery the only thing that will solve this for me?

Yes, the earlier stomach pain was probably a sign of this. Pregnancy specifically predisposes women to gallstones, so that's when the gallstones may have multiplied even more.
