How should I take GALLMET bile acid capsules?

I've been taking GALLMET-Natural capsules for two weeks, I have no gall bladder, hence I have digestive problems. My question is, how should I take it? 3x1 or 3x2? Should I take it before, during or after eating?

Thank you for contacting us with your question. It should be taken as described in the product information.
1. Take 1 capsule immediately before or during main meals.
2. A main meal is when you eat a significant amount of food.
Try 1 capsule with 1 main meal for a few days, then 1-1 capsule with 2 main meals for a few days, then 1-1 capsule with 3 main meals for a few days. After that, use as many capsules as you feel best.
4. Make sure you drink 2-3 litres of still water a day.
