How long should I take GALLMET bile acid capsules and when should I stop taking them?

I've been taking the product for about 1 month for frequent bloating with nothing but good experiences! It's also good for my sugar, but I wonder how long I should take it and what happens if I stop taking the product? Thank you:

If you have had gall bladder surgery, you will unfortunately need some form of digestive and biliary support with all your main meals.
If you have not had gall bladder surgery and are feeling well, you should stop taking the tablets, but if your problems return, you should continue.
