Gallmet customer video sharing promotion rules

1. Description and duration of the promotion

These Rules apply to the “Gallmet Customer Video Experience Sharing Promotion” (the “Promotion”) launched by the Promoter. In the Promotion, the Promoter is looking for Gallmet product users to share their positive experience with the products in a video recording in front of a camera at a pre-arranged time and location.

To apply for the promotion From 28 October 2025 until withdrawn. The Promoter reserves the right to suspend or terminate the promotion, which will be announced on its website and social media platforms.

2. Conditions for participation in the promotion

The promotion is open to all natural persons over the age of 18 who are able to:

• You can register via the link in the promotional newsletter sent out by the Promoter (by clicking on the “Register now!” button) or by email.

• He has real and proven experience of using Gallmet products.

• You undertake to appear in person at the place and time agreed with the Organiser. The location can be your home or a place close to your home.

• You agree to be video recorded and by submitting your entry you agree to these Promotion Rules and the Promoter's Privacy Policy.

3. The promotion process

1. How to apply: The participant can register by clicking on the “REGISTER NOW!” button in the newsletter, by sending a registration email in the mailing program that appears, or by gallmed@gallmed.hu email címre küldött emailben jelezheti részvételi szándékát. 2. Selection: The Organiser will review the applications received and reserves the right to select at its discretion those whose story and personality best fit the objectives of the campaign. Application alone does not guarantee participation in the video shoot.

3. Contact us: The Organiser will contact the selected participants by e-mail or telephone to agree on the details of the video shoot (exact location, time).

4. Participation: The selected participant will attend the video shoot at the agreed time and place. The location can be your home or a place close to your home.

4. A gift in exchange for participation

The Promoter will provide the following gift to selected persons who participate in the video shoot:

• Product package: Participants will receive a 3-month product bundle at the time of the video shoot, containing a total of 6 GALLMET products of their choice.

The gift package is not redeemable for cash and is not transferable. A person is entitled to the above benefits only once during the promotion.

5. Use of the Recorded Material

1. Purpose and scope of use: By entering and participating in the Promotion, the entrant agrees that the video footage of the entrant and any clips, photographs and text quotes (collectively, the “Content”) may be used by Gallmet Ltd. for marketing purposes without time, geographic or usage restrictions, but with a revocable, exclusive, royalty-free right to use the Content. Such use includes, but is not limited to, the following:

   • gallmet.hu and shop.gallmet.hu websites

   • Newsletters and email marketing campaigns

   • Social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Tiktok)

   • Online and offline advertising, promotions

   • Printed marketing materials (e.g. leaflets, brochures)

   • Press releases and PR articles

2. Right of withdrawal: The participant may withdraw his/her consent to the use of the Content at any time, without giving any reason, by gallmed@gallmed.hu by sending a clear, written declaration to. Following the withdrawal, the Promoter will ensure that the Content is removed from the online sites within 30 days. The Organiser is under no obligation to recall printed material already produced, but will not use the withdrawn Content in future reprints.

3. Personal data and liability: The participant guarantees that the experience he or she is sharing is real. The Organiser may also publish the Content with the name of the participant as stated in the Declaration of Contribution.

6. Data management

The Organiser will process the personal data obtained during the application and promotion in accordance with the applicable data protection legislation (in particular REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL - GDPR). For detailed information on data management practices, please refer to the Privacy Policy available on the Organiser's website.

7. Other provisions

• Amendment of the Rules: The Promoter reserves the right to unilaterally change the terms and conditions of the promotion. The Promoter will inform applicants of any significant changes via its website.

• Vis maior: The Promoter reserves the right to suspend or terminate the promotion in exceptional cases (force majeure, legal impediment, etc.).

• Dispute settlement: The Organiser and the participant shall attempt to settle any disputes regarding the Promotion amicably in the first instance. In the event of failure to do so, Hungarian law and the jurisdiction of the Hungarian courts shall prevail.

• Effective date: This policy will enter into force on the date of publication and will remain in force until the promotion is closed or withdrawn.
