1. Duration of the promotion

The promotion runs from 31 July 2025 to 30 September 2025. The Promoter reserves the right to extend the duration of the promotion.

2. Conditions for participation in the promotion

The promotion is open to all natural persons over the age of 18 who:

Respond to an email or Facebook post invitation sent by Gallmet,
Share a photo or video of yourself AND at least one Gallmet product that you have taken,
Give a short description about your personal experience/experience using Gallmet product(s).

2.1. Minors in content

If the photo or video you submit includes a person under 18:

The sender guarantees that he/she has the consent of the minor's legal representative
The face of a child under 14 years of age must not be recognisable in the submitted material
The Promoter reserves the right not to use content featuring minors for marketing purposes

3. Procedure of the promotion, coupon

3.1. Assessment of content

Submitted photos, videos, and text content are subject to review by the Organizer. The Organizer reserves the right to exclude from the promotion any participants whose submitted content:

Does not qualify for the promotion
Not related to the products specified in the promotion
Offensive, obscene, illegal or unethical content
Infringe the rights of third parties (copyright, moral rights, etc.)
Contains false or misleading information
Not self-made (e.g. images downloaded from the internet)
Inappropriate from a marketing point of view (e.g. face not visible, too poor quality, does not present the product properly)

3.2 Issuing a coupon

The participant who fulfils the conditions will receive a unique one-time 50% discount coupon created for that person, which can be used on all products, except for special offers, in the shop.gallmet.hu webshop. Deadline for using the coupon: 60 calendar days from the date of sending the coupon. The coupon will be sent to participants via email or Messenger within 8 working days.

3.3. Exclusion procedure

If the submitted content does not meet the requirements, the participant will be informed by e-mail or Messenger message of the fact and the general reasons for the exclusion. New content may be submitted once during the duration of the promotion.

4. Discount - more details

The discount cannot be combined with other promotions and discounts and can only be used once.
One person is entitled to only one coupon during the promotion.
The coupon cannot be redeemed for cash.
There is no minimum order value restriction for the discount.

5. Use of content

5.1. Purpose and scope of use

Participants agree that Gallmet Kft. may use the submitted photos, videos, and text feedback exclusively for marketing purposes—without additional compensation—in the following areas:

gallmet.hu and shop.gallmet.hu websites
newsletters
social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram)
online and offline promotions
in printed marketing materials

5.2. Time limit

The right to use the content is valid until the participant's consent is withdrawn.

5.3. Naming

Full names will only be given with the express written permission of the participant replying by email. In the case of a Facebook post respondent, we will refer to them by the name that appears on their profile, if it is public.

5.4. Right of withdrawal

The participant may withdraw his/her consent to the use of the content at any time by sending an email to gallmed@gallmed.hu.

In the event of withdrawal, the Organiser will cease further use of the content within 30 days, however, it is not possible to withdraw content already published on printed marketing materials, but in the event of reprinting, the content will no longer be used.

5.5. Legal liability

The participant warrants that:

The content submitted is of your own creation (AI-generated images and videos will be automatically excluded from the promotion)
Have all the necessary authorisations (especially for other persons)
The content does not violate the privacy rights of others
Sharing real experience of the product

5.6. Copyright

The copyright of the submitted content remains with the submitter. Gallmet Ltd. is granted the right of use only for the purposes and in the areas specified above.

6. Other provisions

6.1. Amendment of the Rules

The Promoter reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the promotion, but will inform participants of any significant changes at least 8 days in advance by email or by posting on the website.

6.2. Interruption of the promotion

The Promoter reserves the right to terminate the Promotion in exceptional cases (force majeure, legal impediment, etc.), of which the participants will be informed immediately.

6.3. Dispute settlement

The Organiser and the participant will attempt to settle any disputes regarding the promotion amicably. In the event of failure to do so, Hungarian law and the jurisdiction of the Hungarian courts shall prevail.
