Welcome!I had my gall bladder removed 7 years ago, since then I have been cramping a lot, vomiting, bile reflux, I am afraid to eat any food, I can hardly go out, antacids are not working! What do you suggest?? Is there any help for me?
Thank you.Mrs Lászlón P.
Dear Mrs P. Lászlóné!
Unfortunately, your case is not unique after biliary surgery. This is because all bile is still produced after surgery, but because there is no gallbladder to collect it, as soon as it is produced it is immediately into the duodenum. Whereas normally it is collected by the gallbladder and then shot into the horseshoe when fatty food is eaten. So when you eat something, there is not the amount of bile available to break down the oils and fats, instead the gut bacteria try to break it down, which can lead to these symptoms in the long term. We recommend trying GALLMET-Natural, which will make up for the missing bile.
So, we suggest you try GALLMET-Natural, which will make up for the missing bile.
We recommend the following method of taking:
Gradually increase the daily dose:
- First 3 days: 1 capsule a day at lunch
- Next 3 days: 2 capsules daily (breakfast and lunch)
- After 3 days: 3 capsules daily (breakfast, lunch, dinner)
Choose which dose gave you the best sensation and continue.
Important information:
- Take the capsule with or at the start of a meal
- Do not use when dieting (may cause diarrhoea, nausea)
- Up to 2 capsules can be taken at the same time with a hearty meal
- Drink 2-3 litres of water a day
We wish you good health!
