Experience so far has shown that it is possible to dissolve so-called soft cholesterol stones of about 10-15 mm with GALLMET bile acid capsules. In addition, it should be noted that so-called calcareous stones cannot be dissolved with GALLMET bile acid capsules, however, the symptoms of gallstones can be alleviated with GALLMET bile acid capsules and the growth of gallstones can be slowed down/reduced. In any case, we ask and recommend that you keep in touch with a doctor who is experienced in biliary problems, because if your gallstones increase significantly in size in the following years or if they multiply, you should consider surgery as a last resort.

We strongly recommend that you drink 2-3 litres of non-carbonated water a day, as this may also be linked to gallstone formation and bile flow.
