"Cholesterol can only come from animal foods, it's needed by the body, it's a very important cell-building element, it's what the ovaries make female hormones from, it's what the testes make male hormones from, it's what the adrenal glands make steroid hormones from, and it's what the body makes bile acid from, which is what we're dealing with. During the First World War,
in the village, they washed the greasy things in cattle soap, because it's a soap. The body cannot process fat and fat-like substances without this soap. We have dealt with the dysfunction of this. So the body needs cholesterol - if I eat it, it's good because only as much of it is used as is needed, for example, only three out of twenty eggs are absorbed, but if I don't eat it, I still need it, and the body uses a tiny bit of energy to put together the
cholesterol molecule, which is why vegetarians are losing weight"
