Bloating and diarrhoea are symptoms of poorly draining bile

Bile from the gallbladder that is not emptying properly can be the cause of bloating, diarrhoea and the resulting malaise.
It is recommended to take a bile acid tablet before meals. It is recommended to eat soft-boiled eggs for breakfast.
Radishes are a poison in the morning, a meal at noon and a remedy in the evening, and should be eaten with salt and some kind of oily or fatty food to give the bile that is produced and emptied a job to do.
In the evening, a light dinner can include a thin slice of mangalica bacon, bread and purple onion. The key is moderation.
