Why is devil’s claw safer than conventional painkillers?

The long-term use of traditional non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) often causes gastrointestinal complaints and can slow down cartilage recovery. In contrast, devil's claw naturally relieves pain, is excellently tolerated, and does not inhibit the healing of cartilage tissue.
Devil’s claw and Boswellia serrata extracts help maintain joint comfort and calmness, and have traditionally been used to relieve joint discomfort.
