What is Candida?

"If food is broken down in our digestive tract not through proper digestion but through fermentation and putrefaction, the beneficial gut flora in the stomach and intestinal wall are damaged. Overeating and a stressful lifestyle, when combined with too much coffee and carbohydrates, can disrupt the pancreas and the food that is broken down by fermentation can destroy the bacterial flora in the body.
