What is Candida?

"If food is broken down in our digestive tract not through proper digestion but through fermentation and putrefaction, the beneficial gut flora in the stomach and intestinal wall are damaged. Overeating and a stressful lifestyle, when combined with too much coffee and carbohydrates, can disrupt the pancreas and the food that is broken down by fermentation can destroy the bacterial flora in the body. The shift in the proportion of bacterial flora is conducive to the development of various fungal diseases, including Candida. So instead of being infected, one of the Candida subspecies, which already has a low germ count, becomes rampant."

Symptoms of Candida multiplying in the abdomen:

bloating, especially when eating sweets
abdominal cramps
sense of fullness
irregular and dilute bowel movements
