GALLMET PRIZE GAME RULES

1. Organizer of the prize game

The organiser of this prize draw is Gallmed Kft. (registered office: 25–27 Dózsa György út, Baja, Hungary; company registration number: 03-09-121132, tax number: 22999489-2-03, hereinafter referred to as the “Organiser”).

2. Duration of the prize game

The prize draw runs from 08 July 2026 to 24 July 2026.

3. Conditions of participation

The competition is open to all natural persons over the age of 18 with a Facebook profile who:

• Follow the official Gallmet Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/gallmet)
• In the comments, answer the question asked in the game: "Which of our bile acid products contains digestive enzymes?“
• Share our sweepstake post.

Employees of the Organizer and their close relatives as defined in Section 8:1. § (1) point 1 of the Civil Code cannot participate in the prize game.

4. The prize

During the prize game, 3 coupons worth 5,000 HUF each will be drawn, which can be used in the shop.gallmet.hu webshop.

The main features of coupons are:

• Validity period: 3 months from the date of the draw
• Not to be combined with other discounts
• Not redeemable for cash
• One coupon can be used per purchase
• The coupon can be used once

5. Selection of winners

The winners will be selected on 27th July 2026, by random draw, from among participants who correctly answered the question asked and met the participation conditions.

The draw will take place in the presence of two employees of the Organiser and a record of the draw will be made.

6. Notification of winners, collection of prizes

The Organizer will notify the winners within 3 working days after the draw via Facebook private message, and will also announce the winners in a comment under the prize game post.

Winners must respond within 7 days of notification for contact purposes, otherwise their eligibility for the prize will expire, and the Organizer will draw a substitute winner.

The vouchers will be sent by the Organizer in electronic form (via e-mail) to the winners, to the e-mail address provided by them.

7. Data management

By participating in the prize game, the participant expressly consents to the processing of their personal data. The purpose of data processing is to conduct the prize game, notify the winners and distribute the prizes.

Scope of data processed:

• Name (Facebook profile name)
• E-mail address (for winners only)

Duration of data processing: 30 days after the end of the prize game, except for the winners' data, which lasts for the period specified in the Accounting Act.

8. Other provisions

• The Organizer reserves the right to modify the terms of the prize game without justification, including termination of the prize game.
• The Organizer's decision on the correctness of the answers provided by the participants is final.
• Participation in the prize game is voluntary and free.
• The prize game is not connected to Facebook, and is not sponsored, supported or organized by Facebook in any way.
• All information related to the prize game and the data provided by the participants go to the Organizer, not to Facebook.

By participating in the prize game, the participant accepts the conditions set out in these game rules.
