What is the difference between GALLMET-Mix and GALLMET-Natural?

Both GALLMET products contain a very similar amount of bile acids. The GALLMET-Mix product also contains herbs that supplement the digestive effect of the bile acids.
It is recommended that you buy a GALLMET-Mix 30 capsule pack first, then when you run out, buy a GALLMET-Natural 30 capsule pack and continue using whichever one gives you a better effect or feeling.

According to the leaflet, you should try 1 capsule before one main meal for a few days, then 1-1 capsule before 2 main meals for a few days, then 1-1 capsule before 3 main meals for a few days. And you should continue taking the number of capsules that gave you the best feeling. We recommend drinking 2-3 litres of still water a day.
