"On 16 April, I developed gallbladder inflammation from steroid injections. As soon as the inflammation went down I found out I had 6 gallstones. GP looked at it with ultrasound. I am pleased to inform you that after several weeks of biliary spasm at the beginning of the year, my complaints have permanently disappeared - for about 2-3 months now - thanks to the Gallmet-Natural product.

I took Gallmet-Mix first (for 1 week) in combination with herbs, which also proved to be very effective because it gives immediate symptom relief, but I had adverse side effects from the herbs. I then tried the plain bile acid product, Gallmet-Natural, which I experimented with taking 1 capsule every 1-2 days for complete symptom relief.

This means that:

- no bile spasms at all for months,
- I can eat anything I want, even spiced up chunky goose fat bread

"This capsule is not like Dipankrine and all the other anti-puffiness drugs that I take one of and it stops the bloating. The body has to get used to it.
So you can take 1 capsule a day for 1 week, 2 capsules a day the following week, and 3 capsules a day from week 3. And the effects (e.g. gallstone dissolving) can only be achieved after long-term use. Long-term use means at least a few months.
I suffered from terrible biliary spasms for 4 months, but they didn't operate because of my other illness. Then I started taking GALLMET bile acid capsules, which eliminated the cramps in about 10 days. It has been 11 months.
