For decades, generations have been weaned off proper nutrition by by prohibiting fat consumption. The consequence is that very many bowel disease, bile problems (e.g. gallstone), liver problems, inflammation of the small and large intestine, pancreatitis and various skin problems (psoriasis, skin dryness, acne, dandruffy hair) affect a lot of people.
