I have been taking GALLMET-M for almost 2 years. It is a very good product. It dissolved 2 of my 7 mm stones and I recently found out that I have a perfectly healthy, clear gallbladder. My question is: can I continue taking the capsule after 2 years or should I take a break?

There is no need to take a break from the product. If you no longer have gallstones, you should take a break of 1 to 3 to 6 months, but if you have gallstones again, you should continue taking GALLMET capsules.

I can only recommend the product to everyone. I gradually introduced the supplement into my body over 1-2 weeks. Then I increased the dosage to 3x1 a day, taking an extra 1 capsule once a day depending on the meal.
