Antiviral effects of bile acids and immune support

The role of digestion and bile function in proper immune function, herpes and virus resistance - video

Bile acids and immunity

On the one hand, stomach acid in the stomach helps to neutralise and break down many bacteria, viruses, fungi and microorganisms, and on the other hand, down in the lower intestinal tract bile and bile acids also have a disinfecting, or disinfecating, effect, and if there is not enough bile produced, these disinfectant functions will not work properly.

During this period, we can influence our immune system not only by absorbing the food we eat and getting enough vitamins into our bodies. Most of the arrowheads are located in the intestinal wall and around the intestinal tract, and their role is to filter out pathogens and keep the immune system active and alert enough to prevent foreign substances from entering the body.

If the digestive system is not working properly, this whole lymphatic system is overloaded and endotoxins (produced by the breakdown of bacteria) are released into the body, which trigger the production of cytokines, inflammatory factors.

This not only impairs the activity of the immune system and can even lead to chronic inflammatory processes in the intestine, but also contributes to the development of remote inflammations in other organs, even joint problems, skin problems, and even allergic processes.
Therefore, it is very important that when someone has a chronic inflammatory disease or a weakened immune system, skin problems, arthritis, recurrent infections, it is essential to support their digestive system and reduce their bile deficiency. Bile acids also help to break down endotoxins (internal toxins) and by breaking down components of various bacteria, lipoprotein coated macro viruses and rendering these pathogens inactive.

Of course, stress also impairs digestion and thus the immune system. On the one hand, it reduces the production of immune cells, and on the other hand, it reduces immune function by inhibiting bile secretion and inhibiting the digestive system through the deterioration of digestive function.

So bile acids may also help slow down the processes involved in the development or maintenance of chronic inflammatory diseases. Thus, it is also useful as an adjunctive therapy in the treatment of inflammatory processes of the digestive tract, such as Crohn's disease, colitis, food intolerance.

And since we are in a period of viral infections, it is not only herpes virus has been proven effective for decades, the use of bile acids is recommended, but it is also safe to try it as a defence against infection. Since these viruses not only attack the respiratory system, but can also cause disturbances in the digestive and circulatory systems, where bile acids are also present.

So, if you have digestive and/or biliary problems and want a little more protection against viruses, you may want to use bile acids as a preventative to counteract your bile deficiency, in addition to vitamins and immune-boosting herbs.
