I've taken one box but I see that I can't stop taking the medicine for high blood pressure
I've already taken a box of GALLMET - Heart Plus, but I can see that I can't stop taking the medication prescribed for high blood pressure. If I skip even one day, my blood pressure immediately creeps up!

GALLMET Heart Plus capsules do not take effect in a short time, 1 month is a short time to take them. The main effect is not just to lower blood pressure, but has a much more multi-faceted effect on the cardiovascular system.
Unfortunately, as long as your blood pressure is high, there is nothing we can say other than that you should continue to take your blood pressure medication as your doctor has instructed.
