Can GALLMET bile acid capsules be taken for lazy gallbladder?

Greetings!
Can anyone help me? I have a lazy gallbladder problem, is that why I am advised to take this product? I've been having quite a few problems lately, e.g. diarrhea, bloating, nausea, right side tenderness under my ribs and in my back, I don't have gallstones.
